
Education: Bachelor, Certification or High School
Experience: Must have at least 2 years auto sales experience.
Attributes: Candidates must be highly efficient on the phones, email and chat. They must be charismatic and friendly people-person looking to launch a career with great earning potential. (Bilingual/Trilingual preferred)
Responsibilities:The chosen candidate will be in managing incoming sales calls and internet leads by calling, texting and emailing in order to set and confirm a sales appointment. Duties include strong follow up on all leads, contacting our profitable vehicle renewal portfolio for both Ford and Lincoln dealerships with the intention of setting appointments in order to explain lease end options, review equity positions on financeable loans and promote the sale of a new vehicle. A clean driving record is required and potential team members must pass a pre-employment drug test.
