Golf is one of the most approachable and relaxing sports to try. It doesn’t require a significant amount of physical strain and is fairly easy to learn. Whether you’re a newbie or a golfing pro, there are plenty of great golfing facilities to try in the Pembroke Pines area. Here are some of the best golf courses we’ve found in the area.

Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club

This fantastic golf course is ideal for anyone looking for a quality (but not too challenging) game of golf. The course features an 18-hole course with a par of 72 shots. The course does require a cart to play on as walking is not allowed; however, cart rental is available. This course is an absolute smashing hit with those who use it as it has a golfer rating of 97.5%. It’s also one of the more affordable options for golfing on this list.

Flamingo Lake Golf and Country Club

If you’re looking for a course to challenge you and your golf game, the Flamingo Lake Golf and Country Club may be just what you are looking for. This 18-hole course contains 6000 yards of playing area and has a par of 71 shots.

Unlike the Hollybrook Golf Course, however, this course does allow walking on the green. The facility also offers an option to rent a cart. This course has a slightly lower, but still positive rating of 82.1 percent. The course is one of the more affordable options in the Pembrook Pines area.

Grand Palms Golf Resort

The Grand Palms Golf Resort is a massive 27-hole course that is split into three different mini-courses. This makes it absolutely perfect for those looking for a quicker game. It also makes it perfect for anyone looking for a little bit of variety, as you can visit the course three separate times without replaying it once.

This course has a total par of 72 which is the total par for all 27 holes. The course does allow walking on the green and also has a club and rental service. This course is a bit on the pricier side, but the facilities are well-kept, so it’s worth a splurge. In total, the courses have a golfer feedback rating of 85.1%.

Pembroke Lakes Golf Club

This 18-hole course has a massive green spanning over 6800 yards of the sprawling property. Similar to the other courses, this course has a par of 72 for all 18 holes. The facility does not allow walking on the course and it also has a mandatory dress code you must follow including a collared shirt, no cutoffs, and no denim. It does however have a cart rental service if you need one.

Pembrook Lakes Golf Club is on the pricier side of the spectrum. Despite its strict rules, the course does have a golfer rating of 93.6%.
